The Tonics have kept their booking system really simple, basically 4 stages as shown.
1. Firstly and after the initial call, the booking form is completed. It can be done via the online booking form (Click below) or via downloading the form which is a PDF, complete and send back. (Click the other button!!) The contract is then created for your peace of mind. This is signed by you and The Tonics.
2. When you have read and signed the contract, you return it together with the deposit.
3. Nearer to the time of the performance, you will receive a call so that details can be checked and to make sure that timings are agreed for the duo to set up and sound check before the party.
4. This is the best part!! The Tonics will arrive, come and say hello before setting up their equipment and sound checking. They ask that their playing area is clear and ready for them and that power is available for their equipment. The remaining amount is paid.
